What should I wear to my first class?
Any loose clothing such as tracksuit bottoms or shorts and a t-shirt or vest.

What style of martial arts is taught at Invictus?
We teach a mixture of styles to suit everybody‘s needs.
Do I have to sign a contract to join Invictus Martial Arts?
No, there are no contracts involved.
How long does it take to achieve a black belt at Invictus?
Providing you pass all your gradings 1st time it will take you 3 and a half to 4 years.
How many times a week do I need to train?
A minimum of 2 per week is needed to be able to grade.
How long are the classes?
Classes vary in time from 30 mins for our Little Dragons up to 1 hour for our MMA training.
